POLICIES

• A refund (minus our $15 service fee) is available if you choose to withdraw up to 24 hours after the first class. After that, refunds are not available.
  
• Materials are not returnable unless they are still sealed and undamaged.
  
• Up to 2 make-up classes per session are permitted. Missed classes will not be credited or carried to the next semester. Make-ups can be scheduled online. 

WAIVER

• I agree to waive Sierra Foothills Music Together and its staff and teachers, Music Together LLC, the cities of Auburn, Granite Bay, Nevada City, and Grass Valley, as well as Pamelot School of Dance, Granite Bay Dance Connection, Sierra Dance Institute, and the New Mohawk building landlords, and their owners of all claim for personal injury or property damage that may arise from use of the facilities before, during, or after Music Together classes. I also accept responsibility for my safety and the safety of my children at the studio before, during, and after Music Together classes.
